We believe the way to provide a quality and professional service is to manage peoples expectations and advise on what can be done not what sometimes is unrealistically expected to be done, we will report back professionally to a manager and tenant if require, so all parties are aware of what has been done and what needs to be done (obviously the reporting to the tenant is at the request of the FM or manager). Safe Contractor Approved scheme member, as a minimum requirement to work for our organisation all our staff are CSCS registered and all our site managers are 5 day CITB SMSTS certified.
